Air blower used for automotive sensor cleaning system
Almost 30pcs sensors are used in self-driving cars.There is a lot of dust on the surface of the sensor,and there is a large amount of rainwater on the surface of the sensor when it's raining.It affected the sensing results significatly.So sensor cleaning system become necessarily.

At present,there are two main types of solutions.One type is air flow cleaning by using high pressure blower.This kinds of blower can make high pressure air which can cleaning sensor surface directly.Another type is water flow cleaning by using hig pressure pump.This kinds of pump can make high pressure water,some times the pressure can be 1Mpa.

Our company manufacture this kinds of high pressure blowers.And supply different size blower.Because car size is different.Our small high pressure blower size can be 50mm,can supply enough air for 2~6 sensors. Bigger blower size can be 80mm,can supply enough air for all the sensors.
1.The blower have to be waterproof.Level IP68 is necessarily.
2.Operating voltage have to be 12V. 9~16V is better.
3.Have to work well in -40~85 envirment.
4.Integrated driver is perfect.
5.Components should have AEC-Q100 certification
